Marsha Frederic-Cameron, MHA is a transformational healthcare leader and tactical strategist with 19+ years of experience. Marsha Frederic-Cameron, MHA credentials include a Master of Health Administration from George Washington University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University, and a Specialist Managed Care Certification. Her expertise spans clinical operations, business development, finance, administration, and healthcare analytics. She continues to ensure compliance and quality with diligence, rigorous programs, and a keen attention to detail.    

As an active contributor to the healthcare community, she is a member of multiple organizations and serves as an Adjunct Professor at American University.  With a pulse on healthcare industry trends and best practices, she drives continuous improvement and talent development to enhance healthcare delivery.   

Clyde Bharath, MD

Clinical Project Manager

With over 19 years of experience as an Emergency Medicine and Primary Care Physician in Trinidad and Tobago, Clyde Bharath, MD brings a wealth of knowledge to Cameron Spine. He graduated from the University of the West Indies School of Medicine. Clyde Bharath, MD also functioned effectively as the clinical director of an emergency room for many years. He is compassionate, diligent and an effective communicator. He continues to advance patient-centered healthcare that is evidence-based, effective and accessible. With the support of his young family, Clyde Bharath, MD has been able to pursue his interests in traveling, gardening and healthcare.
